Aryeona Wilson

Aryeona Wilson (She/Her/Hers) is a graduate assistant for the Student Success program in the University Center for Academic Excellence. Aryeona graduated from UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Biology. This past summer she worked in a phage lab on campus in the Bioinformatics department which supported her decision to obtain a masters in Bioinformatics. The field of study she is interested in is phage therapy, specifically trying to make it an alternative to antibiotic treatment and decrease the knowledge gap on our information about phages. When Aryeona is not busy with work and school she enjoys reading, watching horror, comedy and action movies, and playing card games.
