Academic wellness is a key component of well-being, encompassing students’ ability to learn and maintain a balance between education and personal life. From a social work perspective, academic success is influenced by social, emotional, and systemic factors. This presentation explores how staff members can support academic wellness. Drawing on social work frameworks, this presentation highlights how professionals can promote resilience, empowerment, and educational opportunities. Participants will gain strategies for assessing academic wellness and implementing interventions that foster learning.
