Abstract: Students have many opportunities on today’s campuses to participate in not only academic programming, but in professional development opportunities. This presentation acknowledges the role of conferencing in the development of Peer Leaders and their ownership of the process. We will focus on best practices for organizing Peer Leader conferences.
